Development of SANHUA Smart Energy Management Platform to achieve digitalized Energy Management and low-carbon production

SANHUA industrial parks have adopted diverse energy solutions, including rooftop distributed photovoltaic systems, factory-side energy storage devices, ¡°source-grid-load-storage¡± intelligent microgrid systems, and heat recovery from compressed-air stations. These measures have enhanced equipment efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and improved overall energy utilization rates.

SANHUA has formulated the Enterprise Standard for Product Carbon Footprint Accounting, advancing the comprehensive calculation of carbon footprints across the full lifecycle of core component products.

SANHUA has adhered to the concept of sustainable development by applying eco-design principles to develop low-carbon components. Key products, including electronic expansion valves, inverter controllers, microchannel heat exchangers, and four-way reversing valves, are designed to minimize environmental impact. Based on 2023 sales data, these products are expected to reduce CO2 emissions by over 100 million tons during their use phase.
